The journey to Pak Bara in the van was comfortable and easy, operator communicated clear info for pick up. The boat ride to Koh Lipe was safe, though the seat pitch on the speedboat ferry was a bit tight. Overall, the entire experience was excellent! On arrival at Pab Bara, we check in with Bundhaya Speed Boat, it's best to book with them cuz they have their own designated pier that's nearest to the immigration point in the island.

We booked our tickets on Trip.com. We arrived at the appointed time, went to counter 12, and were quickly checked in. The ferry departed on time for Phi Phi Island. Booking was easy, everything was clear, and tickets were emailed immediately. The ferry has a minibar with paid drinks and snacks. I highly recommend it!

The hotel's beach is beautiful, and the rooms are very clean. I booked a front-row room with a sea view! Free shuttle service to and from the pier is provided upon check-in and check-out. After disembarking at Tonsai, just look for hotel staff; someone will meet you. The boat departs every hour on the hour for check-out. Breakfast is decent. There are even kittens in the hotel.
