In Bali, everything worked, flew smoothly, the signal was good everywhere, and there was plenty of data. In Shanghai, the reception was sometimes a bit spotty and it didn't fly very well, but that's more likely a problem with the towers in China. It was difficult to connect, or rather, activate, because there was no internet. We tried using the local Wi-Fi, but support helped and everything was resolved. This sim works but it really lags and sometimes load very slow. I am able to use Alipay and DiDi app though its slow. If I tried to watch thumbnail videos on YouTube it plays then spins then plays again. As for making voice calls on WhatsApp, its no good because the call keeps freezing and reconnecting and the signal is too poor. I will not buy again, as Trip.com has better options.
