Beautiful scenery unfolds along the way. The tour guide and driver were warm and hospitable, providing detailed introductions to the local customs and landscapes. The itinerary was well-planned, diverse, and colorful, and the service was attentive, earning unanimous praise from the tour members.

As other customers said, the lava cave tour as it is, it's not really compatible with the ice tunnel. After the lava cave you need to wait for 2 hours in the middle of nowhere for the people from the ice tunnel to finnish. This was not written anywhere in the description of the activity, which I found very shady from the organisers. Thankfully, my tour guide, Al, was the star of the day. He suggested a short hike which was quite nice, and I enjoyed a lot hanging out with him. He alone deserves 5-stars. Other than that, all the activities separately are great.

The bus was on time, the hot spring environment was beautiful, and it wasn't too crowded, which made it a lovely experience.
