We really enjoyed this experience. We received instructions and meet-up time. We arrived early as we were staying locally, but staff were more than happy to sit us in. Food and service were surprisingly really good. The show was varied and gave us a glimpse of Argentinian culture. You will get a free souvenir photo, but if you wish to also have your photo sent over via email in a digital format, the cost is $15. We opted to pay for it as the chances are, the printed photo will end up crumpled by the time we reach home. Have some spare cash for tips at the end of the show. We have not had the chance to watch other tango shows, therefore, we can't make any comparisons. Overall, it was a great night for us.★

Reviews: Gaucho Day Tour Ranch at an Estancia from Buenos Aires

This was a great tour, with a stop at a silversmith's house before going to the gaucho ranch. On the ranch, we did a "hayrack" ride, watched a gaucho performance with a horse and live music, and had a bountiful dinner (it was nice outside, so we ate in the open air, which was such a treat). ★

Excellent dancing and the music was amazing, place is elegant. We sat on the first bottom side balcony, couldn’t see much, so if you get balcony get at the end not the front. Or sit in the bottom tables right in front of the stage. We got the package with dinner, meat was very hard, so we couldn’t eat. The dessert was amazing, flan with dulce de leche. The place is hard to find, so leave with plenty of time to find it.★

We booked the version without food. Luckily, we arrived 20 minutes early, as it started 15 minutes earlier than advertised. Guests who arrived later were given a lounge further forward, where the view was still good but more restricted. The show was a good mix of dancing, singing, and music. The waitress urged us to order drinks and came back 10 minutes before the end to collect our bills, so that everything would be over in 60 minutes. It could have been a bit more relaxed and perhaps not during the show. The performance was still great, and we would do it again!
