Our guide Chelsea was excellent. Very informative, clear in her delivery and was very professional in her dealings. Gave us enough time to see the exhibits and managed the group well.thank you Chelsea! Re our booking. Jo did not realise that I had booked a Chinese speaking guide . Thankfully I was allowed to change to an English speaking guide but had to incur an additional 70 yuan per pax. Perhaps the wording of the tour could be clearer as there is mention of English which I subsequently was told that it was only for the online service but the tour was with a Chinese speaking guide.★

The teacher Yang Tong was enthusiastic in service, knowledgeable in history and culture, and the explanation was funny and humorous. The children listened very seriously. There were more people in the No. 1 pit. Guide Yang took us to see the needles to watch the terracotta warriors and horses in the small air force. She not only explained in detail but also was very patient. The explanation arranged by the travel agency is very satisfactory! Recommended!★
