Reviews: Reykjavik: Snæfellsnes & Mt. Kirkjufell Small Group Tour

The tour was surprisingly great. The scenery was majestic and probably the best we saw on our three day tours here. The tour is absolutely worth it. bonus: our guide was nice and funny. The 25 seater bus for small groups that we traveled with was the most comfortable we encountered on any tour so far.

A truly perfect trip! Our driver and guide, Gud Joh, was an incredibly professional and refined gentleman. Despite being very tired from the long drive, he used his expertise in geography and history to provide detailed explanations of each attraction, elaborating on everything from beginning to end. He was incredibly friendly throughout the trip, taking meticulous care of every aspect of our needs, allowing us to forget our travel fatigue and feel completely relaxed and happy. He is the most professional and outstanding guide I have ever met, more like a history and geography teacher, giving us a deeper understanding of Iceland. I feel so lucky to have joined Joh's tour, and I hope to have the opportunity to meet him again in the future!

The driver was a little late when he came to pick us up in the morning, but the overall time arrangement was relatively reasonable. The driver gave a very detailed introduction. The weather was also very good that day. It went very smoothly and the overall experience was good.

I'm so glad I decided to do this excursion. The Snaefellsnes peninsula is wonderful; I loved it. The scenery is simply fabulous. Our guide, Marieke, was very attentive, showed us a lot of things, and managed the time very well so we could see as much as possible during the excursion. When I return in the summer, I'll definitely go back with them to discover the summer landscape. Highly recommended!

No human intervention could have improved the weather or time of year. The guide managed the day very well making best of the light and weather conditions on the day. He was informative, approachable and helpful so we were dll able to get the best experience from the trip. We saw Icelandic horses on the way and seals which were a bonus. Although not happy with first stop due to most food on offer originates from outside Iceland (Subway, Costa). When visiting a country I prefer to eat local. 😀

Attentive guide, very knowledgeable and helpful girls, they were as eager to see the whales as we were! We saw lots of dolphins and a baby whale. A very beautiful experience.
