I requested a last-minute itinerary change, and she immediately resolved the date change. The service was excellent. They created a WeChat group for communication after we booked. Our flight to Luxor was delayed, and although we were supposed to check in at 8 PM and receive our room number, we didn't check in until the early hours of the morning. The staff waited for us until we finally checked in and got our room number. Honestly, I don't think it's necessary to find an agent yourself just to save money. The communication costs are high, and it's not always reliable. When you're traveling, you've already spent a lot of money, so it's best to prioritize a reliable and enjoyable experience when choosing activities.
