No matter it's your first time or Xth time in Madrid, this tour is the best experience you can have. We went to 3 different tavern in the area of "Chueca", from historical to the trendy ones. The vermouth and cava, as well as the white one really amazed us as we don't usually have the good ones in China. The final red one is also an excellent choice, goes with all the amazing tapas we had. Jimena is such knowledgable and adorable, time flies so fast for the 2.5 hours we had together. Highly recommend to anyone who's interested in the Spanish wines with high quality.
