A big thumbs up to Uncle Big Head on WeChat on February 24th! He provided clear information, location, and photos in advance, and was very enthusiastic and meticulous in replying to questions and offering helpful reminders. His driving was very smooth and safe, and the itinerary and arrangement of the three attractions were well-planned. His descriptions of the attractions and restaurants were concise. All three attractions are traditional and representative, rich in local culture and history. Uncle Big Head deserves high praise for his itinerary planning.★

I highly recommend the Kyoto tour! I was hoping to be assigned Guide Oh Seok-bong because of the great reviews, and I was excited when I was coincidentally selected. He explained not only Kyoto but also Japanese culture in general so well that I wasn't bored at all during travel. His stories were so interesting that I couldn't sleep, but I feel like I had a very rewarding day, so I highly recommend him even more! I hope Guide Oh Seok-bong is available on other tours as well so I can meet him again next time!★

First of all, our top priority was having Kiyomizu Temple as the first stop. Since it was also affordable, we booked this tour. Our guide was Mr. Seo Geum-bong, who was kind and explained the course very well, which was great. There weren't too many people at Kiyomizu Temple when we went, so we were able to enjoy our visit. Since this tour takes you to Nara late in the season, there might not be any senbei available, and we couldn't find any. However, there was an elderly man near the parking lot handing out acorns, so we were able to do the feeding experience. If you don't find any senbei, try looking for that old man.★

This time, since we were going to ski at Hong Kong Hill, which is quite far from Osaka, we bought this JR Pass, which was very cost-effective. A round trip would normally cost around 6,000-7,000 yen, so this basically saved us half the price. I recommend buying GRP tickets if you're traveling to distant places in Japan, as they generally save you money, and if you buy tickets for multiple trips, they often include some premium fares.★
