Beautiful route, through the cows. A steep climb up first, then back down via the other side. Took a short break at a nice spot, out of the wind. Well worth it.

It's great, very well organized for the number of people and transportation. We would have loved to be able to jump straight into the water, but there was always a walkway to the beach.

The kayaking itself takes place on calm water. The most beautiful part is watching the sunset while you float on the water. Kayaking only, no swimming. The guide himself doesn't provide much information about the nature reserve.
