Piran has a beautiful coastline with Venetian vibes. I am glad to have spent some time in the city through this tour. The guide was very helpful. I arrived from Zagreb and my train was late that day. I had to run to the meeting spot from the station with all my luggage. The guide was kind enough to let me keep all my luggage in the car. He enlightened us with all the history of Slovenia which was interesting. He first took us to the Walls of Piran for some great views. Next he drove us to the city centre and gave us free time to explore on our own. The instructions were clear and we had a fab time in Piran!

Reviews: Truffle hunting & cooking tour

So much fun and educational too! We were treated to a welcome truffle drink and got an orientation to hunting. We met our guide Philippe and 3 dogs, and drove about a minute to the forest. From there, the dogs did their thing - and found 2 black truffles within 15 minutes! We continued to hunt and hike, and then back at the restaurant, we were treated to home made wine and lots of truffle treats - oil, honey, balsamic vinegar and truffle, cheese, salami and more. Then Ivana (third gen family member) made us all scrambled eggs and Parmesan with so much truffles!! She told stories and pulled us into her world. Lovely! The shop has lots of great products, the prices arereasonable, and all in all, it was a great experience.

The bus was on time, clean and well organized with the taking of tickets Unlike other Hop on bus rides, you need to reserve a space to get back on the next bus The headphones worked great and the pre recorded guide was easy to hear and follow The guide on the bus spoke in 3 different languages
