Kevin the guide was fabulous However the minivan was really uncomfortable for 7 people and the ones in the very back were cramped and car sick

Eduardo is a fantastic guide. Knows a lot about the Etna, takes care of the people in the group. Also going upwards in the snow was sometimes tough but he took a lot of minibreaks so all people made it to the crater at 2971m.
