It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.

The trip to Ha Long Bay was a true revelation! The karst islands, turquoise water, and stunning sunsets left a lasting impression. This place is definitely worth a visit to enjoy the natural beauty and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The trip was flawlessly organized! Everything went smoothly: transfers, excursions—every detail was thought through. The team of professionals made our stay comfortable and safe!

This cruise was the best experience during my Vietnam journey. Everything was perfect: service, food, activities. The boat is pretty new so everything was very clean. We even had a pool! The service was excellent very friendly and you had always the option to choose between one or two activities. I would book this Trip again, but only with Calista again and next time I would book 2 nights for sure.

Great experience, only one thing is that the time on Ti Tot island 45 minutes is too short to swim and visit, I regret that a bit

Very friendly family run Homestay , close to walking street and the room is clean , walk thru alley and no cars pass by but accessible with motorcycle
