The surroundings are wonderful!
This is the bridge I saw when I returned from Hakuba through Kiso. Recently, it is quiet because the bypass of National Highway １９ has come out. The bridge is not nostalgic, so I don't feel amazing, but the valley view and the cliffs have the traces of the old Chuo Main Line, which made it very nice.
There are fewer visitors.
It used to be right next to National Highway １９, but now the national highway is another route and you can detour from the new １９. It became easier to take a walk because there were fewer cars.
