I could see an old stone wall and an empty flat area in the back of the Sabo construction site adjacent to Kashihara Shrine. It may be the old shrine site of the shrine, but will you plan to dig it with heavy machinery as it is?
An old shrine called the former shrine of Kasahara Jingu shrine!
According to the history of the local village of donari village, the shrine building was buried because Mt. Asahikawa collapsed in 1873, and it was temporarily built at the present Asahikawa Jinja shrine. The deity is the name of Emperor Jinmu before the enthronement at Kamu Iwahiko-mikoto. There is also "Kumano Shrine" nearby, which seems to be evidence that the story of Kojiki can be told in Awa.
