Museum Le Mayeur

The Le Meyer Museum is small in size, but the building says it is very Bali Southeast Asian style. The environment is good, the exhibits are quite rich, there are regular exhibitions and special exhibitions, you can learn about the local history.

This is a small museum located on the beach. It is an exhibition hall of Le Mayeur, a Belgian artist who fell in love with local dancer Ni Polok and married her, lived and created here. Due to humidity and the weather on the day, protections are rudimentary and many artworks seem to have faded.

This museum is better than the Bali Museum. There will really be some ancient artwork or carvings inside, you can take a closer look, and some weapons used in recent modern history can also be seen here. Not bad.

This museum is a large area of the site. It is also like an open-air museum, but in Bali, such buildings and styles are everywhere. It is just that the museum has concentrated these things.

It was not the kind of museum I wanted, and there was nothing interesting or weighty in it except a small number of works by local contemporary painters.
