It’s a short walk to see a nice bridge and a small river finishing at a fossil site don’t expect to see fossils. Best but is the stunning view on the drive from Smithers. And we saw deer on the road. ...
Amazing Location with Endless history of the area!!!
This short hike up to the Bluffs which contain many fossils was nothing short but amazing!! The history of the area and the aboriginal history made this a very interesting site to visit.
ok, this is not Disneyland, but a lot of effort has been made to access this small area and it shows. Information signage, benches, an easy bridge to cross the creek. Washrooms at the parking area, ...
The drive and scenery along the way worth the trip.
Sure the park is small and the fossil beds are picked over but the drive there is beautiful, through the rolling country side and farmland. Picked cia berries which is wild blue berries oh so good.
Very small park but since it is not monitored, it is better that way otherwise too much damage would be done to the fossil bed. Already there are missing benches, displays, etc. Sad to see so much d...
