Scattered Ruins
Some scattered ruins, what is left of a collection of hilltop villas in what once was a huge ancient city. Our tour took us past this area and we had a very short visit to take photos.

This site is part of the ticket for 5 sites. I wanted to visit the museum but it was closed for renovation. This is one of the 3 sites I visited with the ticket and it was the best of the 3! Mosaics ...
The Roman villas site is interesting - start under the hill where stone tablets fill caves. The houses are self explanatory and there are great views from the top of the hill.
It is a very quiet place because if there are only a few tourists in Tunisia, there are even less in the Roman villas as people prefer to go to the Termas.
