It's not really hard, just a few uphills and a bit of rock scrambling. The forest and then the shoreline are beautiful to see. We saw no whirlpools or seals, perhaps too much boat traffic that day.
Excellent place/trail to explore our inner coast. Great place to watch Duke point ferries coming and going as well as watching boats go thru the Dodds Narrows.

Nice & slightly challenging

Delightful 1 hour walk/hike
I spent an hour here waiting for the Duke Point ferry. Lovely spot especially in the late afternoon because of the sun shining through the tress.
