You running here in a marathon?
Pass by bus when sightseeing. The snow-covered Tateyama was wonderful, and I could see the sailing ship Kaiomaru just below. The bridge itself is also very beautiful. However, this bridge is also a Toyama Marathon course. I have never participated in the Toyama marathon, but it seemed that the bridge was designed by a person who did not have much feeling for the marathon. I don't want to run a marathon across a bridge with such a difference in altitude.
A pure white bridge that shines in the blue of the sea and sky
I stopped by on the way from Kurobe to Kanazawa via Toyama. The cable-stayed bridge with a total length of 3.6 kilometers has a wonderful view as it is about 47 meters high from the sea surface. Driving outside is dangerous, so I slowly looked at Toyama Bay, Noto Peninsula, and Tateyama mountain range from the pedestrian passage installed under the roadway. Admission is free and convenient because you can climb by elevator.
