Road improved
Road has been graded recently, much better to drive on. Just need to stick to recommended speed limit of 30kph. Great facilities in a spectacular location.
Terrible Road to Arches
Such a shame the road to these lovely walks is so terrible. Must be the worst roads in NZ right now. Why can't it be fixed. So many people going to these walks and road into them is dangerous. Spoilt ...
Road closed
I was disappointed to travel from Westport only to find the road closed, but Kohaihai proved an enjoyable alternative.
An absolute must
An absolute must if you get to Karamea. Moria Gate arch is just beautiful, and make sure you go through the cave to see it otherwise you can’t get into it. Oparara arch is good but it’s just huge. Box...
