Kobayashi Wine の Memorial Hall
Kita no Nishiki Memorial Hall is a memorial hall for Kobayashi Sake Brewery, which manufactures and sells Hokkaido's famous sake Kita no Nishiki. Kobayashi Sake Brewery, which was founded in 1881 and has a history, is a Hokkaido sake that uses 100% Hokkaido rice. You can learn about the mysterious sake produced by Kobayashi Sake Brewery.
Hokkaido Japanese Wine "North の Jin"
It is made using the former headquarters office of Kobayashi Sake Brewery, which brews Hokkaido sake "Kita no Nishiki", and you can feel the history of the building. １ The floor was a sake tasting corner and a store with a limited liquor brewery, and the back and ２ floor were an exhibition corner where you can see the history of sake brewing. If you are a sake fan, please visit once. If you are a car, it is an hour from Sapporo, and the number is small, but there is also JR Kuriyama Station within walking distance.
