Main collection not open despite website saying it is.
Despite the website saying the museum is open, it is, in fact, closed until May. (2024) You can go in without charge and look at a few things, but the main collection is closed.

Doesn't seem to want visitors!
The reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful -- by far the worst I've encountered anywhere. Be prepared: you won't get a warm welcome here!
