We popped into the Chainstore to spend a bit of time playing on the indoor modular parkour set up that Parkour Generations have at this location. It was a weekday and so the place was very quiet, which suited us fine. The staff are friendly and will help out if you need to move any of the lighter obstacles in the set up and I believe they move the overall bar and concrete block set up around every so often. There were plenty of route building options and the available crash mats mean that more acrobatic movements can be practiced. You pay £10 to use the space for as long as you want or until the open session ends and the evening classes start. We weren't able to stay more than about an hour and a half but could easily have spent the whole afternoon if we'd had the time. Well worth it if you're able to spend a while here. Great place for some relaxed training with a cafe and art exhibits on the wharf if you want to make a full day of it.
