Awful and disappointing. Advert says a fun family day out. Well we arrived quite looking forward to this day, it wasn’t busy with about 5 rows of cars in total. When we arrived our first impression after walking through were “wow@ and that wasn’t in a good way. Tired and outdated. I know some of the rides are extremely old and if I didn’t know from pre ious visit you can tell from lack of maintenance and imagination. Staff were just numbing around as it wasn’t busy even though it was 2nd August. After an hour my children were asking to leave. What does that tell you. I really feel disgusted and ripped off by this place. It cost me £70 and it was out only day out this year and I may as well have thrown it down the drain. I even email on the same day and I had to chase a response 10days later. I was met with a obstructive and sarcastic person who tried to imply I was lying about how busy they were. I know I was there. Please don’t waste you time or hour of your life going here. Steer clear there are much more fun things to do in the area which won’t leave you feeling cheated and conned.
