This is located in the outdoor museum area of the Mikasa City Private Museum. (on foot from the back side of the private museum of Mikasa City, cross the bridge over the ikuharubetsu River, and the left hand becomes an outdoor museum area, and it is about 100 ｍ ahead of this bridge by １ of 17 places of view, and the stairs on the right hand are about 100 ｍ It's right there.)
