A beautiful shrine
Listed as a “World Heritage Site” by UNESCO, this compound of buildings and displays is well worth seeing. Allow yourself a couple of hours to fully experience the main Shrine and outlying buildings...
It is located on the north side of Munakata Oshima. It's about a 30-minute walk from Oshima Port, but there is a light pass. I walked from the ruins of the battery on the back road of the dirt road beside the ranch. (This route is not very user-friendly) It is built in a place where you can worship Okinoshima in Okinoshima. I could see Okinoshima from the ruins of the battery, so I thought I could see Raku 々 in this place as well. When I stood on the coastline under the stairs, I could see it thin. ...
The general public is off limits to Okitsunomiya of Munakata Taisha Shrine. From here, we pray for Okitsunomiya. It's a small company, so the tour takes a few minutes.
It seems that you can go in 25 minutes on foot from Nakatsunomiya. There is also a bicycle rental, so many people used it. It's better to check the time of the return boat before thinking about sightseeing spots. I went by ferry at 15:30, so I came back at the end of the departure at 18:00. I didn't have much time, so I took a taxi (only one on the island). When I asked for the worship place and the trace of the battery, he even guided me and learned. It's thin, but you can see Okitsunomiya offshore and there is a sunset and it's beautiful ...
Simple shrine, beautiful sea, and God in the distance
Original Text
It is a shrine registered as a World Heritage Site in Oshima. I rented an electric bicycle at the Oshima Ferry Terminal and arrived in about 10 minutes. The uphill was a little steep, but it wasn't that difficult because it was electric. The shrine was simple, including the torii gate, and the contrast with the beautiful sea was beautiful. It was a scenery that made me feel a long history. Unfortunately, the door of the main hall was not open, and I couldn't see the composition of Okinoshima on the other side of the door. However, from the shrine, Oki ... with the naked eye.

You can see Okinoshima as your name suggests.
