The platform entrance of Nippon Heso Park Station is located on the opposite side of the track, and when you leave a small station building, there is a thin passage passing under the track immediately on your left hand. This place was measured in 1921 by the land surveying department of the army staff headquarters at the intersection of 35 degrees north latitude of 135 degrees east. In 1923, a stone monument was erected with the words "63 US sign above sea level at the intersection of 135 degrees north latitude of 135 degrees east longitude". It is located near Japan Heso Park Station, not in Japan Heso Park. Park your car in front of Nihon Hesokoen Station or under the longitude bridge that crosses the Kakogawa River, follow the signboard, pass the railroad tracks in the underground tunnel, and you will reach the square built on the riverbed of the Kakogawa River. There is a latitude intersection sign erected there.
It is quietly located right next to the JR Kakogawa Line Japan's Heisei Navel Park Station, between the railroad tracks and the river. According to GPS surveying, there is currently a "Heisei Navel" in the park.
