About ５ drive from Asakusa Interchange, go up the slope. It is located in a small high place, and you can see Mt. Obasu and enjoy the scenery. It's not a big facility, but you can feel calm in a large tatami room around the garden.

A garden and Japanese-style architecture built on a steep slope north of the center of Asami Village. Follow the paving stones in the garden, you will reach the Kangetsudo, which is about 12 tatami mats with a Kusana-style tea room and a wide porch. Here, events will be held to see the moon.
