4F I mainly use Omland. It is helpful because there are few places for children to play on rainy days. There are ball pools, jungle gyms, wide spaces to move your body, and children seem to enjoy it very much.

It seems to be a space for citizens to interact here. It is located in the Omura Arcade. The interior is quite clean. Anyone can use the first floor. There are tables and desks, so you can relax. You can also have the Internet for free.
