Unnecessarily long and torturous tour
Our trip to Chichen itza was unnecessarily long, changing buses from 7am to 930am until we got on the bus that would take us to the Hubiku cenote and then to the ruins of Chichen itza. Timing was bris...
Worst tour ever!
Worst tour ever! Don't book anything with these guys! They tread you like sheeps... We booked the tour at our hotel, so we thought it was a good one...we could trust them. NOT! Chitzen itza classico...
You can never contact them
They changed their address and even if I called the phone that appeared registered on the website, I could never contact them.

We bought a Tour Premium to go to Chichen itza in a 10-person van and took us in a 50-person bus.
Shamed with reservations
I booked the tour of Xcaret and Xel-Ha at a very good price, but they never passed me to search, when complaining at the site they disregard the bookings I made in advance.
