The whole stretch of beach area is nice and much quieter in the mornings but also fun for people watching later in the day when it gets busier. Lots of places to grab drinks or food or bring your own.

Considerably less developed
Wide open expanses of beach in North Downtown Pto. Vallarta. Actually much cleaner than the better known Playa de los Muertos.
