It is a beautifully preserved old town of Regensburg and part of the fortress along the Regens River. The place where this attraction is located is located at the foot of the old bridge and near the Brueckturm Museum. The Renaissance well was built in 1610 just like an obelisk. It seems that the area was also a pilaster hanger. Worth a visit.
