    One of the best beaches in SA

    Cape Vidal is about 35 km from St Lucia and costs a fee to enter but you get access to the greater st Lucia park and the lake. Its a busy beach as bathers and fishermen flock there. The boat launch a...

    Just a beach

    May be we were unlucky as it was raining with lots of puddles in the area. Cape Vidal is a beach especially for fishermen. Nothing special as far as we could tell.

    Well worth a visit

    Easily accessible by car, it's a focal point to target at the end of a beautiful and entertaining drive. Highly recommended.

    Pleasant scenic drive

    Morning trip to Cape Vidal, a bit expensive for 2 people just taking a drive, but beautifully clean, saw a few zebra's etc. Toilets clean.

    This is a beacon on the territory of the National Park, we didn't start climbing because we hurried to Cape Vidal and walking around the park with wild animals looked dangerous. But the view from the top should be good
