Monument in front of Hoden station

When I went down from Hoden Station to the south exit side, a statue was installed beside the rotary. As a side monument, there was "Lieutenant and the cherry blossoms", and details were written. By the way, it was possible to look at the back of the statue from the platform of Hoden Station.
