It is an information center that serves as the base for pilgrimage to the sacred land of anime. The 0th bill is Narita Airport, the 88th bill is the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office, and the third bill is the 1st bill in Iidabashi. It was a little confusing because it was located in 2F of KADOKAWA Fujimi Building. Business hours are until 18:00, so it is better to go early.
