Not for the uninitiated.
Green Beach is good for snorkeling. BUT you are VERY much ON YOUR OWN. Desolate. Has Jurassic period vibe getting there - driving the dirt road . Lotsa foliage. HOWEVER beware. BUGS BUGS and more BUGS...
This beach is wonderful for sunsets! I recommend veering to the right at the “Welcome to Punta Arenas” sign since the beach to the left side was a lot rockier.

Not very inviting, covered in seaweed. I also saw a jellyfish in the water. Several conch shells, though, including live ones.
