Worst experience of my life at a store
This place was incredibly disrespectful to me and my cultural heritages. As a veteran, the workers laughed at my disabilities and made fun of my deformed face. I highly do not recommend ever visiting ...
terrible experience would not reccomend
Overall bad experience. I was in there with friends a couple days ago and a collage aged looking guy was being incredibly rude and the store just had horrible service.
Poor Animals
The animals look sick and depressed! Close this place down already. How do you not feel shame. Some of the cages are extremely small for the larger animals.
Dirty
For the cost to get in I expected much more. Yes they have reptiles, most you can go see for free in good pet store. They needed to do a lot of cleaning. Some of the animal enclosures were too small...
Wonderful learning experience with hands on option
We always take our grandchildren to the reptile zoo. I've been there at least 12 times and still enjoy the variety and ever expanding displays.
