Fantastic horseback ride on a gorgeous beach!
Did this with me, my wife, and three boys (ages 13, 10, and 7). The ride starts off in a small coastal town, you then head out onto the beach, then to a lagoon, and then out into the forest. Our kid...

If you want endless beach then go to Playa Larga. The waves are very high. Should be a good swimmer to go in. There are some restaurants along the beach. Very nice to walk along the shoreline and enjo...

Playa Larga is, in fact, LARGE.
Nice beach, runs for miles (and mile and miles and miles...). Eventually it becomes Playa Blanca (around the airport) then heavenly Barra de Potosi at the far end. Lots of decent places for a meal...
