📅 Itinerary
Day1:arrived at the hotel (I tagged it) , isn — traveler post in Schwechat

📅 Itinerary Day1:arrived at the hotel (I tagged it) , isn’t a fancy hotel but is a very central affordable hotel, very easy to get to it or leave at any time , randomly while I was walking in front of Stephansplatz, they were getting ready for a symphony concert, which I was lucky to get a ticket just before the start, it was beautiful activity before bedtime. Day2: walking through the city, finding cute places to see and stay, the alley picture, the park #pratervienna , searching for food (mostly asian food I had) soups and poke bowls, #Apapikabowls Day3: last day I walked through the center, went for a coffee and cake afternoon were I found the Truth cafe, after I did a little shopping around, went for Albertina and at the store I ve seen a card with a restaurant, I ve searched if was still existent , and went for a dinner there as it was my last day , #CafeLeopold was the restaurant and I had great bao there! I don’t really recommend going as a single girl to such restaurants especially at dinner time , that’s why the Asian restaurants are a bit better for solo travelers, a bit more intimacy and less stare. I ve shared the pictures there too, hope you found new ideas. 📌 Tips #viennavibes #viennatravel

Moxy Hotel Vienna Airport — traveler post in Schwechat

Moxy Hotel Vienna Airport

#Hotel #Free room change on the 27th of every month Member Day We only had one day to play in Vienna, and we had to leave by plane the next morning, so we had to get to the airport very early. It would be very troublesome if there was no shuttle bus, and it would be very expensive to call a taxi. We chose this hotel because we could reach the hotel through the connecting passage. Also, because we arrived in Vienna at around 8 o'clock in the morning, we were able to store our luggage at the hotel (for free!) and then take the subway to the city to play. This not only solved the problem of storing luggage, but also solved the transportation problem of catching a flight early in the morning. When I was looking for a place to stay, this hotel was really not cheap, but after weighing and evaluating it, it is really the best choice! But this is really the most expensive night of this stay! But if you choose to stay cheaper, you still have to find a way to store your luggage, and it is very expensive to take a taxi to the airport in the early morning. So when you convert it all, this night is still cost-effective! We recently went on a trip and we loved using Trip.com's booking platform. We can make reservations both domestically and internationally, including air tickets, accommodation, car rentals, and various coupons. It has bonus rebates, which can be used to offset the next order. It is really cost-effective, and it also has a service of refunding the price difference if the room price is too high. I remember when I made the reservation, because it was combined with the air ticket booking time, I needed to evaluate the hotel to book, and because I always chose the most favorable reservation, the ones I booked could not be cancelled for free. Generally, I would not pay much attention to it if it had already been booked and could not be cancelled. However, I was still curious about the changes in room prices when I had time recently. I remember that it was NT6,661 to book two adults and two children, and I kept an eye on it. Later, the price rose all the way to 7-8,000. I would also take a quick look at various platforms, and as a result, I suddenly saw that it had reduced its price on 5/28, so I quickly took a screenshot to ask the customer service if there was a service of refunding the price difference if the room price was too high. As a result, after they confirmed it, I could actually refund NT878! It’s a total saving! Otherwise, Europe is expensive, so try to save as much as possible! Our room was quite big, and several suitcases could be laid out flat. One of the beds was a sofa bed, but the hotel had already made the bed for us, which was very convenient. There is no breakfast at the accommodation, but each person is given a welcome voucher which can be exchanged for cocktails, beer, coffee, cocoa, tea, etc. There is a restaurant and a large lounge on the first floor. It is a very comfortable hotel. But when we first arrived at Vienna Airport, we couldn’t find the underpass, so we used Google Map to guide us along the road! So I took a short detour and took a look at the scenery on the road! It's just a bit tiring to push the luggage. Later I found that the underground tunnel directly from the airport to the hotel was much simpler, very convenient and fast. VIE Airport — traveler post in Schwechat

VIE Airport

We had a ten hour layover at Vienna Airport. There are luggage storage services available, but they tend to be expensive, so we decided to stay inside the airport with our luggage. Thankfully, we found enough stuff to do to keep us pre-occupied until our next flight. There are several restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store inside the airport, so we tried Viennese coffee and sausages. There is also an observation deck at the top, but there is a fee. There are also cool sleeping pods available. #Austria #Vienna

A short walk to Vienna airport — traveler post in Schwechat

A short walk to Vienna airport

The Moxy Vienna Airport is a good 5 min walk from the terminal building. It's an easy, covered walkway walk, with only a few meters exposed. The lobby is a hip and lively area, centered around the bar. Staff are welcoming and friendly and eager to strike a conversation. The rooms are basic but adequate and it's nice that the windows open. The rooms at the back are quiet but you don't get any views. The rooms are also clean, but amenities are basic. A good place to stay if you need to be near the airport! #hotel #travel #vienna #austria

Belvedere Palace

Scanning the QR code at the entrance was quick and easy. The Belvedere Palace's art exhibition spans three floors, enough to easily fill a whole day. The park outside features fountains and sculptures depicting various figures from ancient Greek mythology. I sent photos and pictures of the sculptures to Doubao, and he explained them in detail.

Kunsthistorisches Museum

Even as someone who doesn’t know much about art, I was stunned by this museum. Every part of it filled with incredible artwork and breathtaking architecture. Art lovers, architecture enthusiasts would definitely enjoy this place. We spent around 2.5 hours exploring and it was absolutely worth it, no regrets at all !

Goldener Saal

A visit to Vienna is incomplete without experiencing a musical feast. The Golden Hall is magnificent and dazzling, and the classical music is captivating, sometimes gentle and melodious, sometimes stirring and uplifting. Some melodies may seem familiar, but under the conductor's guidance, the entire audience participates in the performance. The conductor is truly captivating, and every musician is exceptionally talented, dressed in elegant and splendid attire. It's an unforgettable musical experience!

I don't know much about classical music, but I still loved it. It incorporates many modern elements. I highly recommend it; the cultural atmosphere is so rich. The Golden Hall is truly beautiful.

Schönbrunn Palace

Schönbrunn Palace is, in my heart, the symbol of Vienna and a must-see attraction. It bears witness to the Habsburg dynasty, the historical changes of the European continent, and the love story of Empress Sisi. Be sure to rent an audio guide for the indoor palaces, and don't miss the outdoor gardens. Walk to the Neptune Fountain, climb the Arc de Triomphe for a panoramic view of the entire palace.

Hofburg Palace

Hofburg Palace is one of Vienna's most iconic attractions, showcasing the grandeur of the former imperial residence of the Habsburg dynasty. The palace complex is vast, with beautifully preserved architecture, elegant courtyards, and fascinating museums that offer a glimpse into Austria's royal history. The Imperial Apartments, Sisi Museum, and the Imperial Silver Collection are particularly worth visiting, each telling a different part of the empire's story. Walking through the palace feels like stepping back in time, with every room reflecting the luxury and sophistication of imperial life. The surrounding area is equally impressive, with charming streets, cafés, and historic buildings that make it easy to spend several hours exploring. Whether you're interested in history, architecture, or royal heritage, Hofburg Palace provides an enriching experience and is undoubtedly one of the highlights of any trip to Vienna.

Vienna Operahouse

The moment you step into the circular hall, the crystal chandeliers and marble columns transport you back to the Habsburg era. The resident orchestra perfectly balanced the warmth of the strings and the brilliance of the brass in the overture, and the conductor's masterful control of tempo made "The Flames of Revenge" both dramatic and classically refined. The performance was professional, powerful, and absolutely fantastic!

Austrian National Library

Easily the most beautiful library in Europe and possibly the world. It is very historical and was built hundreds of years ago. Do not miss out this gem.

St. Charles's Church

I really enjoyed visiting St. Charles Church in Vienna. The church is stunning both inside and outside, with impressive architecture and beautiful details everywhere you look. One of the highlights was admiring the magnificent dome and the intricate artwork on the ceiling. The atmosphere inside was peaceful and calming, making it a great place to take a break from the busy city. I also enjoyed learning about the church's history and taking photos of its beautiful exterior reflected in the pool outside. Overall, it was a memorable visit and one of the most beautiful landmarks I saw in Vienna.
