璧水堂主人The best restaurant at the St. Regis Hotel Bora Bora is an elegant French restaurant that needs to be dressed. It is said that the restaurant of the same name opened elsewhere is rated one to three stars in Michelin, and one star in Shanghai. This is because it is a resort restaurant that is not participating in the rating. Besides the environment, the restaurant is facing the main peak of Bora Bora, only open for dinner (closed on Wednesday), and you can see the beautiful photos of the sunset at dinner time. They are the pre-dinner dishes, dried fried foie gras, crispy lamb chops, and a selection of Angus beef ridges in the United States. The taste is good, the amount is still very large, two people can't finish it at all.

璧水堂主人The only Asian-flavored restaurant in the St. Regis Hotel is said to have studied at the St. Regis in Beijing for a year. The chef recommended sashimi is very fresh, 12 sashimi, four kinds of three slices, three shrimps and some seaweed silk, which tastes good. Tucao Gongbao chicken, it is too salty, and I have eaten salt grains.

淼淼0301This is an undersea restaurant. The environment is really great. I am in it. When I eat, the fish in the cabinet next to me are swimming. It feels really comfortable. The food taste inside is also great and definitely worth recommending.
