Clean hotel and spacious, water pressure could be better though and the hot water kept going too hot or too cold. Staff (especially the concierge) were very nice.

There are hiccups in our room but Elon helped to solve it quickly and he went beyond to check in with us about our satisfaction levels and if we need anything else. Big shout out for him

Stayed at Berkeley Hotel Bangkok for 5 nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent, walking distance to Platinum Mall and Pratunam night market. Very convenient for shopping and food. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Berkeley, service staffs from checking in to check out were all smooth.
Amenities were all provided for so don’t need to pack any, example like toothbrush, body cream and washer gel.
Rooms were made daily and were always clean and proper with bottled water provided everyday.
Best hotel and have been staying here nearly every year for 12years now.

Clean rooms at North Tower. Bathroom water flow was strong. This factor was important to us. Location was good. A 10-minute brisk walk to CentralWorld mall. Had 2 sessions at the hotel spa too.

 i’ve been to be Bangkok long time ago now like my first time going to Bangkok. Bangkok has changed a lot easy to access from airport. You take airport rail link,walking distance to the hotel going to the night market just downstairs the Berkeley hotels. The hotel is link to shopping mall not a big one you can go further, five or ten minute walk to Central world , big C supermarket eating place and there a lot of things to see. The hotels staffs are very friendly and polite the breakfast so so we love staying there will come back again
