The excellent location and room facilities are expected of a 4 star hotel. Reception has been accommodating for early check in too. The only aspect we do not like is the design of the shower with not much privacy as you can see through the glass, when someone is showering. No screen for the shower causing wet floor outside the shower.

Great location, delicious breakfast, and a free shuttle to the nearby shopping mall on Nelson Mandela Square. The rooms were clean, and overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

Hotel was good from location wise but service need to Improve , they never filled soap , shampoo and lotions . No one was assisting during breakfast table , coffee was pathetic . Inside the rooom no fridge .

I had the best time just relaxing at the hotel . The staff were very friendly and because it was my birthday they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast . I had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back . Room services was also really great and the views were amazing .
