Get the upgrade as diamond member of trip.com (even though the reception staff seems didn’t aware about the program). The hotel was old and dated. Deluxe room is ok, but standard rooms was not acceptable for 5 star hotel. Breakfast was very poor, in term or quality for 5 star hotel standard. Amenities in room were very minimal.

An exceptional stay. The location is perfect, but what truly blew me away was the outstanding level of service. The staff exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended!
