The hotel was nice, breakfast had some nice options but there was room for improvement. The rooms had a problem with their wifi signals and they charge for delivery to the rooms from their ground floor restaurant. They have a metro close by for access to tourist spots.

Excellent stay, just one night stay but excellent. Location brilliant, hotel clean, staff very polite and accommodating. I am a seasoned traveler; I have visited over 100 countries so far, and Istanbul was my most recent trip. I say this very honestly: be extremely, extremely cautious with this hotel. The hotel is very, very bad, the service is very, very poor, and the staff are very aggressive. I did not feel safe at all. The hotel does not live up to a 5-star standard—there is nothing about it that deserves 5 stars. Also, nothing in the room is free; even water must be paid for. Be careful—you don’t need to ruin your trip by staying at this hotel. Istanbul is a big city with many great options. If you want to be safe, stay away from this hotel.
