Close to bus station, but a bit far from the main resorts. Shower sometimes need to wait for the hot water. Toilet flush is not working well, only pushing one spot can flush. Breakfast is very good and a lot of choices. Room is spacious. Overall happy stay!

The location of the hotel was very good and convenient. The service was somewhat good, and the staff were generally helpful. However, unfortunately, the hotel’s facilities felt quite outdated, including the TV and furniture. The spa and sauna access also required prior booking, which was inconvenient. As for the gym, most of the equipment was just for the cardio and old as well did not work properly.

Had a great stay at this hotel for 9 nights. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety, the staff were professional, friendly, and always helpful. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I really enjoyed my experience and felt very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Dear travelers, I with my family had a great pleasure to stay in this hotel and had excellent experience while staying here. Huge thanks for the staff for their warm hospitality and service. The smell in our rooms was well, perfectly fit and clean. Bathrooms were nice and clean and everything worked well compared to some hotels we stayed earlier. The meals in the kitchen during morning breakfast was delicious and very rich. My mother father sister and nephew and I highly recommend this hotel. Transport is close to the hotel and it has good location with good views. Great regards, Vasila.

Certainly! I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The air conditioning was not working properly, and despite requesting a repair, I received no response. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the room was not soundproof; I was disturbed by loud noise from the room next to my door after 1:30 AM, which prevented me from sleeping. I also reported this to the reception, but I did not receive any feedback. The continued loud noise suggests there might have been a group inside that room. I hope the hotel can address these issues to improve future guests' experiences.
