The hotel's decor has an old-fashioned guesthouse vibe. The sea view is quite distant from the room, obstructed by a small villa area, but it's still relatively close to walk down to the beach. Breakfast is just okay. The biggest issue in the room is a strong smell of mothballs, especially right when you enter. Da Nang's scenery feels a bit bleaker than Nha Trang's, perhaps due to the lower water temperature. Be careful of monkeys in the mountains if you go hiking.

When I booked this hotel I booked based on the reviews, I saw few reviews concerning about the booking night time as is not safe or because is a bit far from centre…at the end I booked…. What I can say it was the best choice I have done in Vietnam……the V Hotel is the top hotel , amazing service , spotless clean, new furniture …is quite a new hotel….. I’m a fussy person finding the good hotel for best price is not easy but this hotel is worth all the money….. Book a stay at this hotel and you will not regret it… It is true is not in the centre of the main beach in danang, is 15mm walking to the centre but has beach in front at 2 min walk… The taxi is £1-2 to the centre….I always walked as we like to walk If I’m coming again in Danang definitely I will book again this hotel Some reviews say about a smell in the rooms , it smells little bit from the wooden furniture but is not bed at all …is just a natural smell of the wood Is not smell like unclean room

We stay at this hotel regularly now — it’s one of our favorite hotels in Da Nang. The rooms are very good: spacious, with high ceilings, comfortable beds, clean bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, and a mirror in the room. The view from the window is pleasant, and everything is close by — shops, massage salons, and the beach are all within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel as a very достойный option for the price.

Care and attitude are always felt in small things and details. The hotel staff is always smiling and friendly. The room is simply gorgeous: every detail says that the room was made with a soul. The breakfasts are delicious and change every day. The furniture is very high quality. Cleaning every day. Here you feel the care and warmth. Thanks a lot for front office department , thanks a lot to general manager for operating process, thanks for each housemaid who cleans room and bellboy. You know, I've been working at a hotel in my country for 13 years now, and I’m Operating Manager. I know how a hotel should work and I know every little thing that happens here, every department, I know how my body works. And I'll tell you honestly: it's perfect here. My wife is happy, that's the main thing.

We had a pleasant stay at V Hotel and everyone has been very accommodating. From the entry point to the exit, everything was seamless. Communication with the staff was a little struggle but all in all an amazing experience. Spacious room with bathtub (that we never used) room make-up has been done consistently, you know they change linens everyday since everytime we smell fresh sheets and towels, we hoped they didn’t have to go through all that hassle but not complaining. Overall an amazing stay, just that the location is not super city center so you will need a grab ride from the city but no sweat since to go to city it’ll only cost you $2 or lesser.

Recommend not to check in late at night by yourself, go with someone. The hotel and room is creepy, the lights on the elevator only switch on after you get inside. The hotel is somewhat dimly lit, and although the hotel is relatively new no more than 6-7 years old, the whole design is early 1900s, from before the World War. The bed is very high, if you are under 1.7M you will have difficulty climbing up. In the daytime it is good the room is well equipped and the breakfast is good
