Love this hotel! We stayed here for 2nd time and this time I would really like to thank front desk colleague Saito San for her hospitality specifically with her communication skills, speedy check in and customer focus skills in helping us to change our room when my daughter accidentally vomited near our room bathroom as she got sick before checked in in the cold weather.
Not only she assisted cleaning (outside of her job responsibilities as housekeeping staff gone after 3pm), she handled this situation so well and made us feel so much better without being bad and embarrassed about the mess we made. This is the world class professionalism and respect toward her profession in Japan (esp in Sapporo) which my daughter and I have been very impressed. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable and their breakfast buffet is amazing! I give this hotel a 10 out of 10! Well done!!!

Stayed here again for the second time and it’s still exceptional! We even got a free room upgrade this time. Breakfast had a variety of different dishes and the DIY don is a must try

It’s good hotel in an excellent location if you take the airport bus liner. You can walk everywhere . Room is nice and clean, of decent size (Japanese standard). Its breakfast is legendary and out of this world. Would definitely come back if visiting Sapporo again.

Just a ten-minute walk from the city center, right next to Nakajima Park, the location is incredibly pleasant. The hotel's breakfast truly lives up to its reputation as one of Japan's top 4 – it's incredibly diverse and delicious. The room itself was clean and tidy.

All amenities are provided as need.
Breakfast is the best. Many quality foods eg. Black wagyu grilled, seafood bowl, sashimi. Seafood bowl is the best quality and delicious. Especially scallop and Ikura, it's very fresh and sweet. In my opinion, wagyu is a bit chewy but not bad.
Great location. Closed to Nakajima park and walkable to subway in 2 minutes.

The hotel's breakfast is excellent, with an all-you-can-eat spread of caviar, salmon, tuna, and various other seafood. It's ranked as the fourth-best buffet breakfast in all of Japan – we truly ate to our heart's content!
