Sunshine Yi Hotel Haitang Bay, Sanya (previously a 1 Hotel)

Highly recommended, 10/10! Abby, the housekeeper, was absolutely fantastic—so warm and attentive. She resolved any issues immediately and was incredibly patient. The front desk service was efficient and thoughtful, and the concierge was equally attentive and helpful. Our room was spotless and tidy. Every staff member was friendly, making for an excellent overall experience.

Haitang Bay's hidden gem! The Sunshine One has an elegant environment and a fantastic atmosphere. Both the dining and facilities are top-notch. I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, ABBY. She was incredibly responsive and efficient, and her service was meticulous. She arranged our itinerary perfectly, making everything warm and reliable. Highly recommend!

The hotel's ambiance is elegant and comfortable, with thoughtful eco-friendly touches everywhere. The details are clean and sophisticated. Room service is attentive and thorough, and the guest relations specialist, Yulia, is kind, professional, and warmly meticulous. My stay was perfect!

Our butler, Livia, was incredibly helpful and promptly answered all my questions. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the dining environment was pleasant. The Sky Bar offered great views. However, the delivery locker was a bit dirty.

Ambiance: The hotel has a grand and stylish design. The lobby is on the third floor, and as soon as our car arrived, a welcoming staff member helped with our luggage – excellent service! 👍 Service: We booked our room through a hotel package. The front desk staff patiently guided us on how to follow their official WeChat account to find our purchased vouchers. During check-in, we also added Wincy on WeChat. She promptly answered all our questions about hotel facilities, dining, and more – truly thoughtful service! ❤️ Recommendation: Be sure to check out the Starry Sky Bar on the 9th floor, and you absolutely must try the coconut chicken hot pot.

The room was very clean and tidy, with no strange smells. The view from the sixth floor was excellent. All the hotel staff were lovely. I had read a lot of negative reviews online beforehand, but my experience was completely different. The hotel breakfast was also delicious and varied, especially the toast and the 'zaopocu' noodles. Thumbs up!
