It’s has ottoman style architecture with wooden ceiling and typical Turkish style furnitures. It’s a bit dark inside due to the architectural elements. If you like such style it’s nice but for me it was little depressing. My stay was breakfast included. I asked for two fried eggs, they toold me only one egg is included 😂😂😂. So I went outside for a good breakfast. I don’t think I ever go back there again. Maybe the service was a better in summer time since my visit was in December. Disappointed

The rooms are very clean and cosy. The ambience of the room is also very nice since the entire hotel is oriental. The pool is also very nice. Even though we went in August the pool was not crowded and we had plenty of space to swim. The staff is very nice and helpful and theyre constantly busy with cleaning the shared space.

Never stay in this hotel. The rooms are old, everything is in bad cobsition. The shower did not drain the water, the shower faıcet was so old rusty that it is not working. The towels (all of them including new ones I asked from the satff) had stains (red and brown) they said it is rust!!! They changed our room to a new one which was not better. The big spider was on the wall and the staff came to pick it up but it ruined our stay! This hotel needs renovation. They mix the rustic with the rust and old!!! Terrible hotel, dirty and ugly old!!!

We stayed at ottoman during our family vacation. Giving one star for the following reasons: - There was only one person who worked at the front. We had trouble communicating because she wasn’t bilingual. - upon arrival, the door to the room was stuck. We had to wait for it to be fixed. We weren’t offered another room. - once we had access to the room, the heater didn’t work. A handyman was called while we waited once again. - the place is in desperate need of renovations. The bathroom was so small that we could hardly close the door when sitting on the toilet due to knees hitting the door. - The room was underwhelming and old - the breakfast is a joke. First, they keep the lights shut early in the evening and late morning hours. It gives a feeling of a ghostly place. They provide breakfast at 8 AM and even that is often late. You get pre-made plate with very limited options. We often ate outside so we can have a good meal and start our day early. Their price is no less than other hotels in the area that provide amenities, bilingual staff and newer facilities. I would opt for other better options. Don’t ruin your vacation by staying at this place.

Oteli jolly tur uzerinden 9 giris 11 cikis sekilinde aldim. Otele giris yaptigimda valizleri odaya cikaracak personel yoktu. Odadaki el yuz havlusu yirtik ortasi delikdi. Yatak uzerindeki ortu rahatsizlik verecek kadar lekeliydi. Odadaki kasa bozktu. Oda kontrol etmeden bize teslim etmisler. Resepsiyondaki bayana durumu bildirdigimizde odayi degistiremeyecegini baska bos odalarinin olmadigini soyledi. Kasanin tamiri icin odaya teknik personel yonlendirdi. Tatilimizin baslangici matkap ve cekic sesleriyle oldu. Sikayetci olacagimizi soyledikten sonra bizi dubleks odaya alarak basta yasadigimiz 40 dk. gerginligi telafi etmeye calisti. Havuz basinda ve restoran kisminda calisanlar ilgisiz ve yetersiz.Havuz gorsel olarak guzel fakat ilk gun yapilan havuz temizligini ikinci gün goremedim. Iki odada da gordugum kadariyla carsaflar yirtik ve lekeli. Kendi nevresim takiminiz ve havlunuzla gelmeniz sart.

Wonderful building and staff, we loved what the place had to offer in ambience. The wood work and design and furniture is incredible, stopped and admire and enjoy all the spaces it has to offer from top to bottom and out onto the pool area with the building and the mountain towering above! It was equally amazing how close it was to the river with boats and crystal clear water, plus the nice walk to bar and restaurant area on the beach! Wonderful experience

İlgi alaka standart üstü, çok memnun kaldık. kış tatili için tavsiye edebilirim. Odalar temiz ve kullanışlı. Kahvaltı yeterli seviyede memnun edeecektir. 7/24 servis hizmetleri çok memnun edici. Azmak nehri kenarında bulunması ayrıca cezbediyor.
