Xperia Grand Bali Hotel - All Inclusive

Wery good experience! Clean and nice hotel in the centrum. 2 outside pools, luckily cold enough to help chill down. The hotel personal was just amazing, wery friendly and polite. The food was ofcourse turkish, but wery variative, kebab, fish, beef.. all kind of salads, delicious fruits and the cakes were just amazing. Everything is so close, cleopatra sandy beach, telegraph to take you up to tge castle ( strongly recommend), the shops, disco street, parks, and basicly whatever you want. Definitely going back next year!

Recently we spent 10 days in Xperia hotel in Alanya. It was all inclusive deal so all food and drinks were included. It was 4 of us, 2 older couples, 2 rooms. Person at front desk asked us if we want to upgrade rooms to bigger ones with balcony for €10 per day. At that moment I realized that we booked standards rooms. So he took us to see the rooms. Standards rooms are nice, but quite small, single bed, 18 m2 with bathroom. Upgraded rooms were considerably bigger with balconies and there were 2 beds. Double and single. Not that we needed that extra bed. We took upgrade but didn’t like idea that upgrade is cash only, no credit cards. The other thing is that I checked *********** later and found out that there I would pay that upgrade 50 Euros for 10 days instead of 100. Rooms were on 5th floor. Nothing luxury but comfy enough. There is elevator. WiFi is included and we used it extensively. Coverage is not greatest. At the pool only if you are close to the doors, reception. TV in the room did not run a single TV channel properly. Bad picture and scratchy sound all over the programming. We had to use Netflix on iPad instead of TV. Hotel is nice looking building and is perfectly positioned in the city. Only about 150m from the Kleopatra beach and surrounded by countless shops, restaurants, small or big stores. 200m from the main street where one can walk in the evening and find more and better than expected. Trust me I know, we left with bags full of nice Turkish products, leather, tea, shoes. Steps from hotel there is a Alanya Museum that everyone should see. Turkiye is very history rich country. They respect it, protect it and display it for all tourists to see. There is a swimming pool in Xperia. We enjoyed it every afternoon after whole day on Kleopatra beach but had few issues with it: 1. Water in pool is cold. It was as they are adding tap water all the time or even chilling it instead of just letting it warm up to ambient temperature. 2. Beware of tiling around the pool. It is slippery when dry and when wet it is like skating rink. It is amazing that nobody fell and broke bones. Somebody has to resurface pool area with non slip coating or tiling. 3. Male washroom at the pool need urinal added. Needs renovation. We considered Kleopatra beach to be one of the nicest ones we ever experienced! Trust me, we visited quite a few. Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), Playa del Carmen (Mexico), Lido beach (Sarasota, Florida), Hvar, Split, Sevid, Primosten (Croatia), Siesta beach (Sarasota, Florida), South Beach (Miami, Florida), Key West (Florida) … and others. Kleopatra beach is an absolute gem! It is kilometres long. It has fine gravel which feels better than sand. Crystal clear sea, warm to perfection. You can rent a sunbeds and umbrellas. As a Xperia guests we got that every day for 50 TL each. So 2 sunbeds and umbrella set us for 150 TL each day. That is about 5.5 dollars or Euros. I would rate this as a 3-star hotel not 4 Positives: Good location accessible to virtually everything. Staff very pleasant and work hard Negatives: Hotel quite dated, not clean at all especially the bathrooms. Cleaners do absolutely nothing..our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly even when we requested that they do! Food is very average..repetitive😣. We went to the sister hotel..Saray Beach..completely regretted why we booked Grand Bali as it’s more modern, and literally by the beach . I

Good location. Unprofesional staff. The same food every day for lunch and dinner. If you paid them all inclusive you definitely no get all inclusive. No drinks on the beach... Beach who you get for free is filthiest part of Cleopatra beach.

Stayed at Xperia Grand Bali with family in June 2023. We were a party of 10 including kids adults and a disabled family member. The Xperia is more than equipped to cater for most needs of guests. The pool is more than enough for kids and adult fun. The rooms are clean and tidy. They are cleaned daily. The restaurant provides more than enough choice for all. The staff works hard and have a polite attitude and always have a smile on their face. Will be coming back for another visit.

It was my first time in Alanya and I didn't know what to expect. We chose hotel in the city center because we wanted to see a little bit of the city. It's 4* hotel so the rooms are smaller then in 5* which is normal (hotel standardization) but rooms are very nice and clean! Our rom had balcony and there's also a beautiful view of the Castle. Food is so so, not terrible but not great also. If you are staying in Grand Bali you can use beach at Xperia Beach hotel for free which is great! Because of the policy only adults (in Xperia Beach hotel) we had an amazing experience with animation team and their shows! That is something soooo extravagant and really for adults only lol. We had a lot of fun! Also, I would love to say a few words for some people. In Xperia Grand Bali we were welcomed by Yunus (receptionist) who is sooo polite and kind and made us feel really welcomed and everytime was greeting us with big smile. Hulya is woman working in the kitchen who doesn't speak english BUT she is awesome!! You can feel her positivity only through smile! Cihan (bartender) - really nice, young guy who also made our stay great! In Xperia Beach - big love for animation team Bora and Anas, amazing guys!! They know how to entertain people. Husein - guy at the beach, so great guy, always smiling and so kind to everyone And in the end I would like to thank Milena (manager) for kindness, always with smile and ready to help in every situation. They all made us laugh and it was hard to say goodbye to them. Those are really loving people who made us feel wonderful.

Good location, nice managment system and people are really pleasent. You can use or have launch at Xperia Saray Beach hotel if you aren't near Xperia Bali at the time.I would recommend this to anyone who comes to Alanya.

excellent hotel!! we visited Xperia Grand Bali this september and it was everything we expected and more!! the food, people and everything was amazing!! We felt at home and sure enough we will visit it again next year! Location of the hotel is perfect, beach is near, also the main street, Alanya castle is near by. So from our side this hotel deserves not 5 bus 6 stars!
